Communicating via blog

This class was really interesting to me. Especaially, with the class activities and blog assignment. It was very very helpful to me. English is my second language and often time i am quite in class because i am scared of making mistakes. However, the blog assignment atleast made me write to some extent and gave me an opportunity to share my thaughts and idea with other class mates. I really appreciate the effort that the professor put in making the class interesting. The block assignment, protecting egg and even the one and two way communication assignment. I did not comment a lot of blog but by commenting other people blogs often made me think. I realized that I viewed and thought stuffs in my culture very narrow. Other people's blog made me think broad. The Global way. There are times in a diverse learning environment we cannot express certain things. Because, the way i think might seem akward to others and this prevented me to express my thoughts. But, blog has made that easy. To be honest, blog has now became a mode of communication. I will definately post some interesting things and topics that i will find in my life. Especially, professor's blog will be viewed often.
Thank you professor for all the effort you put in making this class interesting.
I really enjoyed the class.

Management Poem

To be honest, writing poem was really hard for me. English is my second language and to write a poem put me in trouble. However, i did it. I wrote a poem in Nepali which is my first language and then translated to English.
So, Please feel free to comment and suggest me .
Management is like a boat,
A vessel one must keep a float.
And if you cannot keep your own crew,
A lonely captain left are you.
So, if you wish to suceed,
Give your crew all they might need.
And lead them out to distant lands,
With a tight ship and a steady hand.
